SHOWER CLEANSING EXERCISE BY SILVER RAVENWOLF
In the shower with hot water running and all that luscious steam surrounding you, cross your hands over your chest. Take a deep breath. And another. Allow yourself to be IN THE MOMENT. Then as you exhale fling your haqnds down over the front of your body. Do a quarter turn. Repeat.
